The throttle response is quicker. Takes less pedal push to get a a faster response from the trans. Would recommend for any low power engines. Get the most of what you have.

The pedal Commander is amazing. Money well spent. My car accelerates faster and feels more powerful even though I know it has the same power. I highly recommend this product if you want your car to feel more responsive to your driving input. The install is super easy as well.

Still working on figuring out the app and settings but overall this product did a great job waking up my 09 Impreza with nearly 231k on it. Right now city mode seems to be its happy spot but definitely noticed the change in throttle response and overall aggression. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants a more zippy feel to their daily driver. Install was quite easy too

I bought it being skeptical about how effective it would be. I am super surprised about how effective it is to giving a responsive throttle to my 2018 impreza. I have noticed that it excellerates quicker and is more responsive. Also have noticed that even in sport mode I have been getting a better mile per gallon according to my guage. I'm super happy with the purchase.

I wished that my 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport came with I-drive from the WRX STI…this product feels like the next best thing! Really can fine tune how the car behaves…GAME CHANGER!!!

For those with an n/a Subaru, and looking to add a little extra get up and go, this is definitely one of many least expensive mods to get. Along side with a cold air intake, a custom 3in aftermarket exhaust and a performance chip, my n/a 2010 Subaru Legacy is so much to drive. After installing this onto my subbie, i for the first time was able to spin the tires on dry blacktop using the sport+ +4 setting. This device effectively removes any lag from the throttle response and then some. I have even drop my 0-60 time by 4 seconds. Note though while using the CVT manual drive selection, sport+ can be extremely touchy and sometimes too much for a heavy foot driver like myself in city style traffic.

PC63 for Crosstrek. Not much power from this little 2.0, but the Pedal Commander delivers in claims of delay elimination so that power is available… now. Lifted with 225/65R17s and I’ve always experienced the engine laboring to hold speeds up long grades, especially in traffic (slow, go, slow, go). The lack of delay, and specifically the ability to adjust the delay, results in instant power to the ground and acceleration (no matter how dogged that acceleration is) rather than feeling “drag” from the delay. The convenience of tucking the controller away and using iOS app to adjust makes it that much nicer. Well worth the bit spent, and it seems mileage increased slightly as well, May end up paying for itself over time. Definitely recommend!

I've been working around cars all my life and professionally for over 10 years, I read a lot of bad reviews on this product that said it didn't work but if you do any city driving what a difference merging with high speed traffic on the major highways and Interstates ! Well worth the money!!!

I recently sold my 1970 VW Bug (cable throttle), and bought a brand new manual 2019 Subaru Impreza Sport. I love it, but it's sluggish, especially when shifting from 1st to 2nd, it takes a second or three to feel the throttle, almost like it's not getting anywhere near enough gas, and sometimes even makes me want to downshift and then upshift much higher in the RPM range to compensate for the sluggish feeling. Stopping on a steep hill and getting into 1st is a chore, especially if not using E-brake. It makes general city driving especially boring.I almost returned this device before receiving it from watching reviews on youtube about a weird "limp mode" problem almost causing crashes, but decided I'd try it anyways. I installed it and tried all the features out, noticing a huge difference in all. It almost seemed like the sport and sport+ are waaay too much for this car. Like there's still a small rev delay with my car, so the extreme throttle sensitivity paired with the delay is not pleasant, but using the City mode, is perfect. It allows me to shift without ever feeling like I'm not getting enough gas. Totally fixes my main complaint with my car, and making it feel more like my 1970 VW Bug with that throttle cable feeling. It's made driving incredibly fun. I've been trying to find excuses to go drive around whenever I get the chance, with how big of a difference it's made. Turning the commander off to see the difference after using it for a while is hilarious. It's totally worth it.Caution: I tried the eco mode out of curiosity, and my car stalled at a left turn light. I think there's a problem with eco-mode and certain cars. I've stayed away from eco and sport modes, and only use City mode, and haven't had any issues for the almost 2 months I've had it. Feels amazing with both City and Freeway driving and only lost about 2-3 mpg on average. Never removing it :-)

Truly amazing. I noticed I have more power / speed and it does save gas. Well worth the money. Definitely worth the price. Add a KN air filter and you’re set.

Works great with CAI and borla s type exhaust.

It does not give you "more" power.. BUT IT 10000000% gives you way way way more throttle response and makes driving the impreza much more enjoyable..

Perfect! The lagging throttle response on my 2015 Subaru legacy is no more!! I believe this product will help with sluggish throttle response in any CVT transmission. Worth the money spent in my opinion.

Awesome. Does what it said it will do. Just threw a check engine light that said gas pedal correlation and disabled the gas pedal all together. Good thing I was able to pull over and clear the light.

I like it a lot it definitely changes the throttle response, but it keeps throwing pedal codes. only once in a while.

This thing is awesome. I have a 2.0 172 hp naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine with a CVT. It makes the car so much more fun to drive. Your mpg will likely decrease relative to how much you use it and the particular setting. I describe it to people as having different 'gears' the car can operate in (especially since the CVT is essentially one gear). Given my car's cabin, I attached the square device at the bottom of the shifter and don't use the app.Great value overall. I highly recommend it if you want to make your grocery-getter or daily-commuter more fun to drive. It might not do as much for a high-performance engine+transmission combo and/or if you altered the throttle mapping already (via a tune).

Works as advertised on my '09 Subaru Outback.

bought one year ago to try and reduce the very touchy throttle on my 2016 forester. (Factory fixed this problem 2017 and later) It is not perfect but on the maximum Eco setting (least sensitive throttle setting) it helps alot and make driving this SUV alot more enjoyable.

Overall I would like to say it is good. I installed it today (1/5/2017) and it is running smoothly. I had a hard time installing it because the wire didn't wanted to be unplugged from the gas pedal so it took about 30min to get it off. But easy installation.
